Delivery Information

Our estimated Delivery Times for normal stock lines are:

1. UK : 48 hours.

The Sporting Sites are committed to providing an exceptional service and under normal conditions all stock items will be delivered as promised. Delays may at times be unavoidable due to adverse weather, availability of stock, or other conditions outside our control. However if the original delivery date cannot be met and you would rather not wait for the goods then you will be offered the option to cancel the order.

Returns and Your Money Back

It is The Sporting Sites policy to guarantee satisfaction with your purchase. All items which are returned as received, carry The Sporting Sites unconditional 14 day Money-Back Guarantee. Please email us prior to any return so that we communicate the instructions for our returns process with you.

Footwear & Clothing Returns

All items of footwear and clothing are bought at the customer's risk that the size is correct, and as a consequence any returns are to be paid for by the customer, however providing the goods are in an unused state replacemenets will be sent out FREE of any delivery charge. There may be a 15% re stocking fee applicable dependent on the goods.

Goalpost Returns

Our range of Samba Goals comes complete with a 12 month guarantee for any faulty parts. Should the goal need to be returned we charge a 15% re-stocking fee which covers transportation and checking in the warehouse.
Any goals that are returned in an unfit state will result in a refund being denied.

Credit Card Security

Ordering over the internet with credit cards is security guaranteed. Secure server software encrypts personal information and credit card details. The encryption procedure transfers characters into code for transmission which cannot be read as it travels over the internet.

Privacy Policy

Under the new Privacy and Electronic Communications Act (passed into law on 11 Dec),We do not send marketing emails to non-customer, personal email addresses (‘spam’).
